  1. Scent Descriptions: We attempt to describe our perfumes (olfactory notes, accords) as accurately as possible. However, scent is subjective. We cannot guarantee that your perception of a fragrance will match our description perfectly.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

 

  1. Appearance: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (bottles, packaging). We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Allergies & Sensitivities: Our products contain ingredients including essential oils, aroma chemicals, and alcohol. It is the customer's responsibility to review the ingredient list (if provided) and perform a "patch test" on a small area of skin before full use. Atelier La Lacune S.A. is not liable for any allergic reaction, skin irritation, or medical issue resulting from the use of our products.
  2. Proper Use: Our perfumes are for external use only. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes.
  3. Flammability: Perfumes are flammable. Keep away from heat, open flames, and direct sunlight.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
